We have extensive experience in defending criminal prosecutions arising from infringements of the road traffic legislation.
From prosecutions involving causing death by dangerous driving, through to careless driving and to breaches of the construction and use regulations, we provide a full defence service to insured parties and accused companies directly.
Whether a prosecution is brought in the District Court, Sheriff Court or in the High Court of Judiciary, at summary or solemn procedure, we can assist. We can carry out detailed investigations, represent the accused in court, at trial and at any sentencing hearing.
We are also well versed in representing a wide range of insured parties at Fatal Accident Inquiries arising from road traffic accidents.
You can be sure that we can assist you with every aspect of a prosecution or inquiry, from handling initial contact with the prosecuting authorities to representing the accused in court.
