Rachel handles a wide range of cases in the Court of Session and Sheriff
Court and specialises in serious and catastrophic injury claims. She
has expertise in dealing with public liability, employers liability and
motor claims. She has dealt with claims involving a variety of injuries
including brain injury, amputations, paraplegia and other spinal
conditions. She was involved in one of the few catastrophic cases to
run to Proof in Scotland in recent times. She has had particular
involvement in cases involving children who have sustained catastrophic
injuries and is often instructed at the outset of a claim before any
court proceedings are intimated.

complex cases. She has been involved in catastrophic injury seminars
and regularly provides training to clients about issues affecting these
cases. She is also a member of FOIL. |
