Alastair is one of our senior insurance litigation partners. He has over 23 years experience in this area.
Alastair handles a wide range of cases both in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. He is a Solicitor Advocate with rights of audience in the Supreme Civil Courts. Although handling a wide variety of cases for insurers Alastair specialises in personal injury work including in particular, catastrophic injury claims. He also acts for a number of insurers in relation to industrial disease claims.
Alastair is a member of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers and a member of the Society of Solicitor Advocates. |
