Louise is an employment partner with over 20 years experience.
She has been involved in a substantial volume of contentious employment work, appearing at Tribunals and handling Employment Appeals for a variety of employers in different industry sectors.
With the growth of European driven legislation, Louise is now involved in both contentious and non-contentious work and recently obtained a Master of Laws in Employment Law and Practice.
Louise also has considerable experience of dealing with multiple and catastrophic injury claims. Louise acted on behalf of the insurers of parties prosecuted and sued in connection with the largest outbreak of E-coli in the UK, which occurred in Lanarkshire in 1997.
She is currently acting on behalf of the insurers of Rosepark Care Home in relation to a major fire, which occurred in 2004 resulting in the death of 14 elderly residents. |
